Privacy Policy

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the PINDEO platform and all of its features, including your six AI agents (Strategy, Content, Publishing, Analytics, Listening, and Engagement).
• Train your personal AI agents to understand your brand voice, content style, audience, and goals so they produce better results for you over time.
• Generate analytics, insights, and recommendations based on your social media performance data.
• Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
• Monitor trends, mentions, and engagement across your connected platforms.
• Send you service-related communications, such as notifications about your account, agent activity, or scheduled posts.
• Detect and prevent security issues, abuse, or technical problems.

We do not sell your data. We have never sold user data and we never will. Your information is not a product.

We do not use your data to train general AI models. Your content, brand voice, analytics, and social media data are used exclusively to improve your own AI agents within your own account. We do not feed your data into any shared model, and your data is never used to benefit other users or third parties.

We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not run ads on PINDEO and we do not share your information with advertising networks.

Your AI agents build a profile of your brand voice, content style, audience preferences, and strategic goals over time. This profile is private to your account and is not shared with other users or used outside the context of your own PINDEO experience.

Your content history, drafts, performance data, and agent conversation history are all scoped to your account. No other user or PINDEO employee can access this data unless required for direct technical support that you have requested.

PINDEO relies on trusted third-party services to operate. Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

• Supabase -- Provides our database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure. Your data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Stripe -- Handles payment processing for paid subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information directly. Stripe manages all payment data under their PCI-compliant systems.
• Social media platforms -- When you connect your accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Google Calendar, data flows between PINDEO and those platforms according to the permissions you grant. Each platform has its own data policies.
• Anthropic (Claude) -- Powers our AI agents. When your agents generate content, analyze data, or provide recommendations, relevant context from your account is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS and encryption of sensitive data at rest.
• OAuth tokens for your connected social media accounts are encrypted before storage.
• Row-level security policies on our database to ensure users can only access their own data.
• Authentication and authorization checks on every API request.
• Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure.

No system is completely immune to security risks. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly and take all necessary steps to mitigate the impact.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service.

You can export your data at any time from your account settings. This includes your content, analytics data, agent configurations, and brand voice profile.

You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal information, content, agent data, and connected account tokens within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data (such as overall platform usage statistics) may be retained, but it will not be linked to you in any way.

If you disconnect a social media account from PINDEO, we stop accessing that platform and remove the stored OAuth tokens for that connection.

PINDEO uses minimal, functional cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and ensure the platform works correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you across the web.

PINDEO is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@pindeo.com.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the PINDEO platform before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Minor clarifications or updates that do not materially affect your rights will be posted here with an updated effective date.
