Getting Started

How do I connect my social media accounts?

After signing up, go to Settings > Social Accounts and click "Connect" next to the platform you want to link. You'll be redirected to the platform to authorize PINDEO. We support TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

How do I generate my first content calendar?

Navigate to the Generate page and follow the 5-step wizard. Tell us about your brand, select your platforms and posting frequency, and hit generate. Your full month of content will be ready in about 60 seconds.

What happens during the 14-day free trial?

You get full Growth-tier access including unlimited calendars, auto-publishing, AI learning, and full analytics. No credit card is required to start. After 14 days, choose a paid plan or continue on the free tier.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, you keep your current plan features until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for trial-to-paid conversions are available within 14 days of your first charge. Monthly subscription fees beyond the 14-day window are non-refundable. If you experience a billing error or extended service outage, contact support@pindeo.com and we will review your case.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. There are no cancellation fees or contracts. After cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free tier.

Technical Issues

My social account disconnected. What should I do?

Social media platforms occasionally revoke access tokens. Go to Settings > Social Accounts and reconnect the affected account. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pindeo.com.

A scheduled post failed to publish. Why?

Publishing failures can happen due to platform API issues, expired tokens, or content that violates platform policies. Check the post status in your Calendar view for details. PINDEO automatically retries failed posts, but if the issue continues, reconnect the account or contact support.

How do I export my data?

You can export your calendars and content from the Calendar page using the export button. For a full account data export, go to Settings > Account or email support@pindeo.com.
